I have actually not even begun work on what I am calling the GM's Worldbook. My intention is to provide all the rules necessary for play in the Player's Handbook (the "crunchy" stuff) and reserve the Worldbook for all the "fluff". If things go well, I intend to produce multiple world books, each focusing on a specifc region of the Third Kingdom. Modeled after the old D&D Gazateers but in much greater depth. Each worldbook will take an in-depth look at a region, customs, NPCs, and creatures to be found within the region; I am picturing the first being much more inclusive (i.e. more creatures, less regional detail). I also hope to include adventures and campaign arcs within each worldbook.
Beginnings of the GM's Worldbook
In the beginning of April I will be taking two months off work to remodel our house and so will have little or no time to work on the Worldbook. That's where you guys come in. I welcome submissions and suggestions for monsters, locales, and other fun stuff. Updates will be posted on the Third Kingdom Yahoo group.
